I am interested in two condos. A modern one and an older one. Which is a better investment? details below?

I want to keep it for about 15 years. Price difference is about 40 K ( one is 325K, and the newer condo is 375K ) Same sizes, finishes, etc. Please tell me your thoughts. I want to purchase before Christmas.

Investments vary on location of condo, view, school zonings etc. Condo prices are also easily affected by the marketing industries. However, from my perspective at the moment, it is probably a good idea to purchase the 375K condo, it's probably more expensive for a reason.
